Program Manager

Camp Australia is a leading childcare provider prioritizing children's growth and wellbeing. As a Service Director, you will be responsible for delivering an engaging program while ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework.
The role entails providing leadership and guidance to foster a safe, inclusive environment where children can relax, have fun and grow.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing your team to promote a positive atmosphere that supports each child's developmental outcomes.
- Modeling behaviors that support children's growth and development.
- Overseeing a large service with a 38 hour week, comprising operational hours and administrative duties.
About You:
- Completed or studying towards a childcare related Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
- Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates or willingness to obtain.
- Availability of 7.00am-9:00am and 2:30pm-6:00pm Monday to Friday.
- Administrative time makes up the 38 hour weekly contract.
