We are looking for experienced and driven Chef de Partie's to join our team at Chin Chin Sydney. Your role will be to ensure the overall operation of your allocated section runs smoothly and effectively. You must possess a positive and motivated work ethic at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and coach Cooks ensuring quality and consistency of products
  • Ensure the overall operation of your allocated section runs smoothly and effectively

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience as a Chef de Partie in an a la carte environment, with Wok experience advantageous. Asian cuisine knowledge is highly regarded, and you should have experience in high volume, fast-paced restaurant environments. You will be resilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periods, with a strong work ethic and a 'can do' attitude.

You should be able to work autonomously as well as within a team, with excellent communication skills. An understanding of food safety standards is essential, and you must be available to work full-time with rotating roster shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
