Environmental, Health and Safety Lead

Our organization is seeking an experienced leader to oversee the strategic and tactical aspects of our environmental, health and safety functions. The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement in this critical area.

This role involves directing the delivery of environmentally sustainable services, with a focus on zero non-compliances and fostering a culture of environmental stewardship. The EHS Lead will also work closely with peers across regional operations to evaluate and implement policy and practice changes to maintain or exceed standards.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Advising senior management on all EHS matters, keeping them informed of emerging issues
  • Developing and implementing environmental, health and safety strategies to achieve our goals of an incident-free workplace and zero environmental non-compliances
  • Providing leadership and guidance to the EHS function, equipping team members with the necessary tools and skills to uphold our standards and support business goals

  • A degree in Health & Safety and/or Environmental
