Theatre Booking Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Theatre Booking Coordinator to join our team at Healthscope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle enquiries with a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage clerical and administrative responsibilities, including theatre bookings and maintenance of theatre lists
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient information data collection and inputting into webPAS (web-based patient administration system)
  • Assist and support clinical staff with indirect patient care and administrative tasks
