Senior Centre Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Centre Manager to join our team at Colliers. As a key member of our Real Estate Management Services team, you will be responsible for the general management and oversight of a national retail portfolio.

Your primary focus will be on leading a dedicated team, building strong relationships with clients and landlords, and ensuring that business objectives are met and exceeded. You will achieve this by:

  • Positioning and protecting the investment performance of the portfolio, ensuring profitability through diligent and professional management.
  • Facilitating resources, both in-house and outsourced, to maintain services and resolve property issues.
  • Liaising regularly with owners regarding all aspects of management, including providing recommendations and conducting negotiations.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 8+ years' experience in retail property management or centre management, including a thorough understanding of retail leasing practices, legislation, and terminology.
  • Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments, and trends.
  • Strong Excel skills and previous use of MRI management system (or similar).
  • Strong organisational and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and foster key relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail and a desire to work in a highly team-oriented environment.
