About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at PRONIA. As a key member of our Executive Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial direction of our organization and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting and Planning: Develop and implement financial reporting and planning processes to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial management of PRONIA, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Strategic Financial Planning: Collaborate with the CEO and ELT to develop and implement strategic financial plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Financial Systems and Processes: Manage and oversee the implementation of financial systems and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure the organization's financial stability and security.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team and collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, with a proven track record of success.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Accounting, and professional accounting qualifications such as CA or CPA.
  • Skills: Strong financial management and leadership skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
