Project Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead and coordinate site support functions including quality, technical, planning, and commercial. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated site-based experience within the resources sector and proven ability to manage core elements of major project delivery.

  • Lead and coordinate site support functions including quality, technical, planning, and commercial.
  • Assist the project director in developing comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules for both tender submissions and execution phases.
  • Ensure the accuracy and availability of all project-related data during execution.
  • Compile and present planning, scheduling, and cost control documentation.
  • Support the preparation and submission of commercial deliverables, including reports, delay notices, and extension of time claims.
  • Participate in client and contractor meetings, providing solutions to project management challenges.

Key requirements:

  • Demonstrated site-based experience within the resources sector.
  • Proven ability to manage core elements of major project delivery.
  • Engineering or trade qualifications preferred.
  • Experience with heavy mechanical or mobile plant equipment advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant project management software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports and instructions for clients and internal stakeholders.
