Job Title: Parts Interpreter

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Parts Interpreter to join our dynamic team at Beachside Volkswagen. As a key member of our Parts department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Interpret parts with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring that our customers receive the correct information and support.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our Parts department's performance.

Requirements:

  • Certification Level 3 or equivalent in Parts Interpreting.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a medium-sized automotive dealership.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
  • European brand experience is highly advantageous.
  • Trade experience is a plus.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with parts department software, including ERA.
