Role Overview
Oversee and direct intricate projects and programs as the primary liaison for clients. Cultivate professional relationships, resolve issues, and drive projects to successful outcomes. Manage the design process to fulfill client requirements and set realistic expectations. Evaluate project plans and specifications, timelines, cost-saving strategies, discrepancies, and potential construction challenges. Ensure compliance with project safety and environmental standards. Supervise project schedules, risks, and reporting mechanisms. Control project budgets and provide guidance on maintaining financial targets. Lead project/site meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors (including necessary remote travel). Participate in marketing and business development efforts.Qualifications
A recognized degree or equivalent qualification in a technical discipline: Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or Architecture. Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in project management. Capability to excel in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft applications; knowledge of Primavera is highly valued. Technical expertise to lead and manage complex projects and programs as the primary client contact. Excellent command of written and spoken English, with strong report and proposal writing skills. Proven leadership abilities with a talent for developing and guiding a team. Highly motivated and driven, with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. Defence clearances are advantageous. Our inspired workforce shares our vision and mission.
