About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic specialist to join our organization. As a Tenancy Specialist, you will play a crucial role in guiding and assisting clients through the process of finding their desired home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized assistance to clients in finding suitable housing based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Offer expert guidance on various housing options, including private rentals and government-subsidized accommodation.
  • Assist clients in understanding tenancy rights, responsibilities, and legal processes.
  • Collaborate with property owners, agents, and housing services to secure housing for clients.
  • Identify and connect clients with additional services, such as financial assistance, moving support, and home maintenance resources.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local housing markets, availability, and legislation.
  • Offer ongoing support to clients throughout the tenancy process, including advice on lease agreements, renewals, and conflict resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in tenancy management, property services, or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • An empathetic approach and a passion for helping others find suitable housing.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
