Delivering high-quality paintwork is at the heart of this role. As a skilled and experienced Spray Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, priming, and painting vehicles to exacting standards.

Key responsibilities include mixing colours, building a colour library, buffing and denibbing vehicles, and handling all vehicles with care and attention. You must also note any extra paint work required beyond the initial quote and report any old damage or poor previous repairs to the production manager.

Key qualifications for this role include being trade-qualified as a Spray Painter, having a minimum of 3 years' experience in the field, and possessing strong commitment to workplace safety. Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the team are also essential.

We offer ongoing training, career opportunities, and the latest tools, equipment, and processes. Junior-Mid experienced tradespeople can earn between $60-$80k annually, while Mid-Senior tradespeople can earn between $80k-$100k.
