The Key Performance Indicators
  • Develop and implement effective workers compensation processes that drive positive return to work outcomes for injured workers
  • Foster strong relationships with site supervisors to ensure seamless communication of return-to-work restrictions and effective management of human capital requirements
  • Manage internal dispute resolution processes and represent the organization at the South Australian Employment Tribunal
  • Oversee the early intervention program to drive positive return to work outcomes for injured workers
