Culinary Associate


As a key member of our hospitality team, the Culinary Associate plays a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to students and staff. This dynamic role requires an individual who is passionate about food, committed to providing excellent customer service, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and present high-quality food and beverages that meet the highest standards of taste, presentation, and safety.
  2. Ensure all food preparation areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
  3. Assist with food planning, ordering, and inventory management to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.
  4. Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, students, and staff to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
  5. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance culinary skills, knowledge, and expertise.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or relevant industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg, stand for extended periods, and move freely in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and school holidays.
