Property Development Specialist

This role is focused on providing expert advice to clients in the development, building, and plumbing industries. The Property Development Specialist will determine servicing and financial conditions for land development projects, working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and provide expertise on projects involving new water and sewerage assets.
  • Protect existing infrastructure and alternative water solutions.
  • Investigate, plan, and advise on the installation of drinking & recycled water, and sewerage assets.
  • Prepare and administer Notice of Agreements for developments requiring connection to drinking & recycled water and sewerage assets.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of Land Development policy, Sewer Servicing Guidelines, Water Metering & Servicing Guidelines, and pricing standards which apply to the Land Development Industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and other work-related databases.
