About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead our payroll strategy and operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and cross-functional collaboration.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of payroll practices, legislation, and compliance, with a proven track record of driving payroll process improvements and technology integrations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing payroll strategies to meet business objectives
  • Providing leadership in resolving complex payroll issues
  • Overseeing accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions for over 15,000 team members
  • Ensuring compliance with legislative, industrial, and company requirements
  • Managing payroll technology integrations to enhance automation, scalability, and efficiency
About You

We are looking for a proactive, solutions-focused, and flexible individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key requirements include:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a Payroll Manager role within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Solid understanding of payroll practices, legislation, and compliance
  • Proven track record of driving payroll process improvements and technology integrations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with Excel skills being particularly crucial for data analysis and reporting
