About Your Role

As a Merchandising Representative, you will be the face of one of the world's most recognizable brands. Your relentless focus on delivery and customer experience in store will be at the heart of everything you do. You will work closely with our field sales teams, delivering leading tools and technology to drive business growth and personal career development.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Merchandising and Stock Management: Ensure CCEP products are on sale on the shop floor and displayed as agreed, maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and stock levels.
  2. Promotion Activation: Activate current promotions in line with nationally agreed plans, ensuring they are full and priced correctly.
  3. Cooler Compliance: Ensure coolers, both CCEP and supplier, are compliant to nationally agreed plans.
  4. Display Assembly: Assemble promotional displays, such as point-of-sale materials, as required.
Requirements
  1. Effective Communication: Build strong relationships with colleagues and in-store contacts, using effective communication skills to meet customer needs.
  2. Problem-Solving: Demonstrate a flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving, meeting customer needs and resolving issues efficiently.
  3. Manual Handling: Be able to manually handle branded packs, with a valid Australian Driver's License and Australian Working rights.
  4. Lifting and Moving: Ability to lift stock pallets of up to 16kg.
