We are a group of Australian Owned supermarkets in business since 1981 and believe in providing the best service to our customers. We are seeking to employ a motivated and experienced Store Manager, to manage all aspects of our Picton store. This charming country town of over 4000 people boasts a strong community atmosphere, significant cultural history and a number of local attractions, schools and shops.

To be considered for this role applicants need to be able to meet the following job requirements:

- Strong operational management experience in a large retail environment
- Experience in managing budgets, profit and losses in a sales environment
- Demonstrated ability in stock management and merchandising
- Manage inventory across multiple categories and departments to minimise shrinkage
- Ability to coach, lead and develop a large team (30+)
- Ability to build the business and mitigate losses
- Experience in managing staff across various departments
- A passion for customer service and community bonding
- Available to work weekends
- Proven experience in problem-solving and work in fast paced team environments
- High attention to detail and good presentation skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload to ensure deadlines are met.
- Understand and commit to upholding a safe and hygienic working environment for all
- Basic computer skills are essential (Grocery Manager and/or Human Force would be most beneficial)

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
