Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Food Manufacturing team as Food Process Workers.

As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team output management and coordination
  • Reporting directly to the supervisor
  • Product inspection and quality control
  • Product sorting and packaging
  • Repetitive manual handling up to 25kg
  • Weighing of raw ingredients, sugars, starches, powders
  • Working on high-speed production lines
  • Cleaning of production lines and product storage bins
  • Labelling of products
  • Boxing and packing
  • Shrink Wrapping

Requirements:

  • Current driver's license and own reliable transport
  • Motivated and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Available to work a two-week rotating roster including day, afternoon, and night shifts
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • High attention to detail and strong numerical skills
  • Pass a drug and alcohol screen and medical assessment

Job Requirements Summary

The ideal candidate will be able to manage their time effectively, maintain high productivity levels, and adapt quickly to new situations.

They will also be able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

Our client is looking for someone who is motivated, able to work well under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.

The job holder will need to be physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

A willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities is also desirable.
