Key Responsibilities
* Draft and review legal documents, briefing papers, internal policies, and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards and organisational policies.
* Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to identify causes and devise solutions for a wide range of legal matters.
* Provide support in the development of compliance frameworks, governance structures, and systems to manage legal risks effectively.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, as well as relevant third parties.
* Provide administrative support, including scheduling, document preparation, and legal record management.
Ideal Candidate
* Admitted to practice in Australia or New Zealand.
* 1-2 years paralegal experience.
* Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and have good attention to detail.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Familiarity with Google Suite and legal research tools.
