**Job Role:** Water Operations Controller

This challenging role involves remotely controlling, monitoring and optimising water schemes in accordance with operating plans. The ideal candidate will investigate and analyse unplanned events to implement solutions that meet service delivery expectations.

The position requires shift work including after-hours work, nights, weekends and public holidays. Employees are entitled to 5 weeks paid annual leave for each year of service as this is a shift position.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Diploma qualification in an appropriate Engineering discipline or a Trade Certificate in an appropriate discipline. Relevant experience in operations and maintenance of water schemes is also essential. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders are crucial.
