Custom Compression Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated health professional to deliver custom compression garment solutions for patients with burns, trauma, and hand injuries.
The successful candidate will possess strong clinical reasoning, advanced assessment skills, and a patient-focused approach to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, taking precise measurements, prescribing, fitting, and reviewing custom compression garments.
Additional duties involve collaborating with our design and production teams while operating independently when required.
The ideal candidate will provide education and consultative support to other therapists in private practice and in hospitals.
We are looking for an individual who is flexible, innovative, and passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on patients' lives.
About this opportunity:
A relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy, current and valid AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist, and experience or interest in working with burns, trauma, hand injuries, lymphoedema, or complex wound management are essential.
Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and a team-oriented approach are also required.
