Program Overview
  • This 24-month rotational program is designed to develop leadership and technical skills in Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in rotations covering Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Performance.
  • Lead projects to drive operational excellence, enhance product quality, and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Develop analytical skills through data analysis of KPIs such as OEE, Process Cycle Time, changeover times, labour management, deviations, and safety reports.
  • Promote a performance mindset through Lean events, standardization, simplification initiatives, and recognition systems.
  • Implement cost reduction improvements aligned with HSE and Quality standards.
  • Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements ensuring compliance with guidelines.
About You
  • Hold an undergraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Science).
  • Have work experience in pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or FMCG, which would be beneficial.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking, commercial awareness, excellent collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Exhibit potential for future leadership roles and clear communication skills.
