About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Finance Systems Analyst to join our team. This role will play a key part in supporting and administering Epicor, Coupa and ExpenseMe Pro systems used by Bupa Australia.

Key Responsibilities

This role will support the delivery of system solutions including upgrades and API integrations. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the timely delivery and support of regular Epicor, Coupa, and ExpenseMe processes, including user maintenance and audits, and month-end processes;
  • E nsuring the accuracy of financial data in Epicor, Coupa, and ExpenseMe to ensure accurate and timely reporting to the Bupa APAC Market Unit;
  • E nsuring Epicor, Coupa, and ExpenseMe systems accurately reflect the true financial position of the Bupa APAC Market Unit;
  • E nsuring Epicor, Coupa, and ExpenseMe reports are consistent with source systems such as Workday, Chris 21 etc;
  • Working with the Financial Systems Manager to develop strategies to improve the Epicor, Coupa, and ExpenseMe Systems;
  • Playing a key role in the development and implementation of future initiatives, upgrades, APIs, and reporting relating to the Epicor, Coupa and ExpenseMe systems that support financial systems strategies.

Your Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree qualified in Business / Information Systems or related disciplines (Accounting degree with CA or CPA also desirable);
  • Functional and Analysis experience with Finance Systems (Coupa, ExpenseMe, Epicor desirable) and projects;
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Track record of improving finance system processes Experience;
  • Minimum of 5 years' work experience, (Financial Service Industries preferred), in Finance Systems. Experience with Epicor, Coupa, or ExpenseMe, whilst not mandatory is advantageous;
  • Ability to turn complex and diverse issues into delivered system solutions and changes;
  • Proven analytical skills and solution delivery focus.
