Job Description:

The Digital Specialist will play a crucial role in managing all digital assets to improve member engagement and conversion rates. This permanent position will report to the Digital Lead and be responsible for ensuring the website is fully functional and optimized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Platform Management: Manage key digital platforms, including the website and member portal;
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the digital team;
  • Website Optimization: Ensure the website is fully functional and optimized;
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor site performance and identify opportunities for improvement, including strategies for improving site speed, UX, and SEO;
  • Agency Management: Manage key third-party agencies;
  • Content Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team for any site updates, ensuring that content is fresh and relevant;
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data to guide improvements and report on user engagement and conversion metrics.

Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge:

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field;
  • 3+ years of experience in digital production, web management, or digital project management;
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (Sitecore, AEM, or similar) and website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.);
  • Exposure to broader digital marketing tactics, including paid advertising, social media marketing, SEO, email campaigns;
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing;
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills;
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

About the Role:

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
