Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Road Design Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, planning, and completing road design projects within agreed budgets and deadlines.

The role involves working closely with project managers and teams to resolve technical road design issues and ensuring compliance with national design standards and Arcadis design standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, proficiency in Bentley MicroStation and OpenRoads, and experience in the delivery of major road infrastructure projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A suitable degree or qualification relevant to Civil Engineering
  • Proficiency in Bentley MicroStation and OpenRoads
  • Significant years of experience in a project delivery environment with demonstrated participation in the delivery of major road infrastructure projects
  • Knowledge of Austroads Guide to Road Design is essential, Knowledge and experience in applying other state-based standards is desirable
