Advanced Cancer Care Pharmacist Opportunity

This is an advanced position that allows you to practice at full scope and provide comprehensive medication management for patients receiving cancer treatments.

The role focuses on delivering patient-centered pharmacy services within a multidisciplinary team, emphasizing medication safety and optimization.

Deliver high-quality care by performing clinical assessments, drug therapy monitoring, and offering patient-specific recommendations.

Engage in complex aseptic compounding and contribute to multidisciplinary team reviews and cancer care meetings.


What We're Looking For

A motivated individual with a Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent and current unconditional registration as a pharmacist. Experience and/or formal study in cancer care and the ability to perform aseptic complex compounding are highly desirable.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, as well as high-level computer literacy including systems knowledge of CHARM, Merlin, and Microsoft Office.
