We are seeking a motivated and experienced Kitchen Assistant to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic industry leader, offering a wide range of services across multiple locations.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a restaurant or club kitchen, with a strong understanding of food safety principles and workplace health and safety.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Following direction towards portion control, cooking standards and wastage
  • Maintaining a safe and hygienic working environment
  • Cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting all kitchen areas
  • Receiving, storing and distributing goods and equipment

To succeed in this role, you'll need highly effective verbal communication skills, outstanding customer service skills and a strong ability to work well under pressure.
