We are seeking a highly skilled Excavation and Construction Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating heavy machinery, particularly excavators and bobcats. They will be responsible for digging foundations, bulk excavations, and loading trucks, as well as preparing concrete subgrades using bobcat equipment.

Projects will be located in the Cheltenham area, and the successful candidate will work full-time or as a subcontractor.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong background in civil construction to take their skills to the next level.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating heavy machinery, including excavators and bobcats
  • Digging foundations and bulk excavations
  • Loading trucks with excavated materials
  • Preparing concrete subgrades using bobcat equipment

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of safety protocols and will be committed to maintaining a safe working environment.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $35.00-$55.00 per hour and prefer candidates with Australian work authorization.
