Clinical Nurse Consultant - Business Practice Improvement Officer

This is a challenging role that requires advanced clinical expertise and leadership skills in Emergency Department models of care and operational processes.

  • Provide high-level clinical guidance to drive excellence in ED operations.
  • Analyze performance metrics, activity, and quality data to support continuous service improvement.
  • Oversee the Data Optimisation team to ensure accuracy in ED data reporting and diagnosis coding.
About You:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Leader with a strong background in ED Operations and Data Management.

  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of ED clinical models, operational workflows, and performance measurement.
  • Proficiency in ieMR (FirstNet), relevant databases, and reporting tools for data extraction and analysis.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive data quality improvements aligned with clinical and financial objectives.
