This leadership role oversees all aspects of property and grounds maintenance, including buildings, equipment, and landscaped areas, ensuring they meet high standards of safety, functionality, and presentation.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering strong collaboration across all service areas.
- Provide practical guidance, coaching, and performance support to build capability and morale.
- Support recruitment, workforce planning, and professional development to maintain a high-performing team.
Key responsibilities include coordinating and carrying out preventative and responsive maintenance, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering friendly, professional service to residents, staff, and contractors.
