Senior Property Accountant

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join a dynamic organization in the property sector with operations across Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Create accurate income tax working papers and collaborate with external tax experts to ensure timely lodgement of annual group income tax returns.
- Prepare comprehensive tax-effect accounting and reporting, including note disclosures.
- Lodge annual FBT returns and provide support for the preparation of monthly BAS returns and other tax administration tasks as required.
- Develop and maintain financial reporting processes and systems to create efficiencies and align with business objectives.
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Be a qualified CPA or CA.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of corporate tax and preferably experience in the property industry.
- Show excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and an innovative problem-solving mindset.
