About the Role
  • Lead a retail sales team in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
  • Take on a management role and make a real impact, inspiring colleagues and creating memorable shopping experiences.

In this challenging role, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and lead by example.
  • Assist the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Manage inventory, including stock replenishment and merchandising.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies with the Store Manager to drive business growth.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Handle customer enquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support the local community through solution-focused advice and service.
Key Requirements
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is essential, with leadership experience beneficial but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, attend training, and promotional events when required.
  • Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management systems is a plus.
