Job Title: Planning Systems Lead

Job Overview

The Planning Systems Lead is responsible for leading a team of planning professionals on high-profile projects in the defence industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to advance your career and join a team that prioritizes career development and employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and align planning systems architecture
  • Oversee program planning and development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
  • Troubleshoot complex planning system issues related to P6, Oracle, SAP, AVEVA, and Cobra

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in administering Primavera, AVEVA, Cobra, and BI Dashboards
  • Complex program experience in planning or project controls roles
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Thorough understanding of planning, scheduling, and project controls standards and practices
  • Existing baseline clearance as a minimum and eligibility for International Traffic In Arms (ITAR) regulations
