We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing excellent patient care, leading and supporting care staff during night shifts, monitoring residents' health, and responding to clinical needs.

About The Role

This role requires a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and aged care or similar experience. You will have strong clinical and leadership skills, particularly in overnight care, and a commitment to respectful, person-centred care. Additionally, you will have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and possess current National Police Check, First Aid, and Manual Handling certificates.

The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate with residents, families, and health professionals, and demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
