We are seeking dedicated individuals to support the elderly in their homes. This role involves providing personal care, social services, and domestic assistance to ensure a high quality of life for our clients.

This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives and be part of a team that values kindness, compassion, and respect. As a caregiver, you will be working independently with minimal supervision, which requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a flexible approach to meeting changing client needs.

  • Aged Care Certificate III or higher is required.
  • You should have good relationship-building skills and be respectful of dignity and privacy.
  • Current Australian Driver's License and a reliable vehicle are necessary for this role.
About the Role

This position offers regular work hours, Monday to Friday, with no weekends or nights. You will receive extensive onboarding and buddy training to ensure you feel confident and supported in your new role. Our team leader provides ongoing coaching and encouragement to help you develop your skills and career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and domestic assistance to clients.
  • Assist with transportation and outings.
  • Help clients manage their daily routines and medication.
