We are seeking caring and dependable individuals to join our team as Support Workers for the elderly. This role is perfect for those who value building meaningful relationships with seniors and wish to make a positive difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and companionship.
  • Assist with light housekeeping duties, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
  • Accompany clients on outings, appointments, and social events.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy and understanding of the needs of elderly clients.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients and their families.
  • Reliable transportation and comprehensive car insurance.
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency, or rights to work in Australia.
