Job Title: Doctors Training Program Administration Officer

This role is responsible for managing the administration of doctors training programs, providing support to the Patient Experience and Clinical Experience (PEaCE) team as needed. The position is a part-time 10-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension or permanency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ownership of STP financial agreements and ensuring timely execution.
  • Liaising with colleges to negotiate and manage funding agreements.
  • Reviewing contracts and verifying Trainee database information to ensure accuracy.
  • Preparing and submitting contracts to Group Legal for execution.
  • Maintaining a filing system for executed agreements and tracking contract status.
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, utilizing appropriate channels and formal/informal communication methods.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
