Vocational Education and Training Program Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic leader to join our leadership team as the Vocational Education and Training (VET) Program Coordinator. As a key member of the Schools Leadership Team, the successful applicant will have recent experience working in or leading a VET team and provide curriculum leadership in VET.
Key Responsibilities- Provide curriculum leadership in VET and work in collaboration with fellow leaders to implement the school's program.
- Oversee the management of the e Authority Developed Structured Workplace Learning (ADWPL) program and other forms of work experience.
- Leading the Careers team and assist with the provision of career advice to students.
- Coordinate the re enrolment of Year 11 students and Year 12 Exit Interviews and manage the training of Course Advisors in preparation for new enrolments.
- Support the Deputy Principal with curriculum issues and in liaison with School Curriculum and Standards Authority (SCSA) and other school leaders.
- Demonstrated capacity to provide effective leadership in a diverse range of educational settings.
- High level of interpersonal and public relations skills that demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships to achieve planned outcomes.
- Demonstrated professional knowledge and the ability to apply this knowledge to ensure a high level of educational outcomes for all students.
- Demonstrated capacity to manage physical and financial resources.
