Cloud Infrastructure Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow a high-performing team of senior engineers, providing clear direction, coaching, and professional development.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles.
  • Deep technical expertise across AWS, IaC, networking, cloud security, scalability, and resilience planning.
  • Proven success as a people leader - you invest in your team, resolve conflicts constructively, and inspire growth.
  • Strong understanding of inter-team relations in complex organisations with multiple subsidiaries.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to define global strategies and roadmaps that balance risk, resilience, and return on investment.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate technical insights into business value.
