Job Description

A DevOps Lead will enable high-performing, scalable, and secure software delivery. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development of a DevOps strategy and maturity model.

This role involves defining best practices across Development practices, DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure management, release governance, and security. You will set the strategic direction and frameworks that empower engineering teams to deliver with speed, safety, and consistency.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and promote best practices in DevOps and related fields.
  • Establish standards for development, CI/CD pipelines, and guide the adoption of secure, automated, and compliant delivery practices.
  • Lead the development of a DevOps strategy and maturity model.
  • Collaborate with Technology teams to integrate automated testing, security scans, and compliance checks into pipelines.

As a DevOps Lead, you will foster a DevOps culture by facilitating knowledge sharing, aligning cross-functional teams, and uplifting capability through enablement and governance.
