About the Role
Our organization is seeking a skilled Policy Officer to undertake research and analysis on complex issues.
The successful candidate will prepare well-researched documents, drafting and developing tools for consultation and data collection.
Maintaining collaborative relationships and communicating effectively and professionally is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake research and analysis on complex issues to inform Tribunal decisions in reviews and determinations about remuneration arrangements.
- Prepare well-researched and well-written documents, drafting and developing tools for consultation and data collection.
- Build effective working relationships and work collaboratively to support delivery of Tribunal's outputs and strategic priorities.
- Maintain accurate records and databases as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A tertiary degree in economics, public policy or law would be an advantage.
An understanding of economic public policy, legislative interpretation or remuneration frameworks for public sector officials is beneficial.
