Job Summary

The role of Media Reporting Specialist is to lead the development and maintenance of reporting solutions for internal teams and clients. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to create insights and recommendations based on client and media performance data.

This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience managing junior team members and be able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain reporting templates and infrastructure for all campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Client Services, Planning and Activation teams to create measurement strategies and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
  • Work directly with offshore analysts to ensure data population and quality assurance.
  • Participate in discovery and auditing processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Degree in analytics, information systems, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience managing others and/or team leadership experience.
  • Expert knowledge of Excel and visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
