Job Description

The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the Country Network, ensuring 24/7 service continuity, coverage, and sustainability. This role demands strategic, commercial, and people leadership skills, negotiation, and influencing capabilities.

The Regional Manager will drive the future vision for the network, mobilizing a diverse field-based workforce while maintaining a high customer experience. This includes driving continuous improvement and ensuring customer engagement aligns with the company's aspiration to be the top provider of Roadside Assistance.

This role requires travel to country/regional service providers, with a car and fuel card provided. Accommodation will be provided for trips, which may last a few days at a time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outcomes aligned with the Company Values and Culture Playbook
  • Develop and implement strategies for service provider oversight and management
  • Lead a large field workforce, ensuring high performance and operational targets are met
  • Monitor and drive performance improvements, achieving operation targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, resolving differences and facilitating decision-making
  • Drive strategic planning and thinking, using data analytical skills to inform business decisions
  • Negotiate and resolve conflicts, ensuring effective leadership through transformational landscapes
