About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Sourcing and Sustainability Manager to join our dynamic team at Brandbank Group. This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of sustainability, compliance, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the procurement process, including supplier selection, deselection, and database maintenance.
  • Rationalise and streamline the supplier database in partnership with brands.
  • Analyse supplier metrics to inform forward-thinking sourcing strategies.
  • Develop and implement a Group Sustainability Strategy, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee supplier onboarding and ensure compliance with standards across the Group.
  • Develop and implement a Group Supplier Social Compliance Strategy.
  • Manage and improve Brandbank's quality standards and procedures.
  • Monitor and manage product safety compliance.
  • Mentor teams and build capacity within the business.
Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience in managing compliance, quality systems, and large-scale projects.
  • Tertiary qualification in Textile/Garment, Retail Management, Business, Legal, or Science-related fields.
  • Extensive experience in sustainability leadership, preferably within a multi-brand fashion retail or product manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans, with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Deep knowledge of sustainability issues, ethical compliance auditing, and quality assessment.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder influencing skills.
  • Experience in change management and leading diverse teams.
