Key Financial Support Role

This position involves providing essential financial support to our organisation on a part-time basis.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for reconciling accounts and company transactions. This includes processing quarterly and end-of-year financial processes including BAS, Super, and Tax.

Additionally, you will perform Accounts Payable & Receivable tasks such as invoicing and retrieving outstanding accounts. You will also assist with financial reporting and onboarding new staff into the accounts system.

The role requires experience in general bookkeeping/accounts administration and understanding how to process quarterly and year-end BAS, Super, and Tax processes.

Ideally, you will have some exposure to processing a small staff payroll as well as accounts payable and receivable.

Experience with Xero is preferred, and the ability to attend the office for a few days across 4 or 5 days is required.

  • Reconcile accounts and company transactions

About This Opportunity

Work hours will be approximately 20-25 hours per week, ideally between 8:30am-12:30pm Monday to Friday, but flexibility can be discussed.

Requirements

• Experience in general bookkeeping/accounts administration
