Clinical Psychologist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Psychologist or Accredited Mental Health Social Worker to join our team at headspace Broken Hill.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clinical services to young people, including assessment, treatment planning, and intervention. You will work collaboratively with a well-resourced team to deliver high-quality services and achieve therapeutic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical services to young people, including assessment, treatment planning, and intervention.
- Work collaboratively with a well-resourced team to deliver high-quality services and achieve therapeutic goals.
- Participate in clinical decisions about treatment planning, assessment, risk management, and working with other services.
- Client-related work, including GP letters and reports.
- Participate in regular multi-disciplinary case review, supervision, and peer supervision.
- Work within a supportive team environment and liaise with external providers as needed.
Requirements:
- Registered Psychologist or Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with AHPRA or AASW.
- Eligibility to provide services under Medicare and willingness to bulk bill.
- Demonstrated clinical experience with young people or within mental health in diverse settings.
- Working with Children's Check and Police Check.
- ABN or ability to obtain one.
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including booster) prior to commencement.
