Job Overview

We are seeking energetic, friendly, and safety-conscious individuals to join our team as Waterslide Team Member. As a Waterslide Team Member, you will be responsible for supervising waterslide operations, assisting customers, and undertaking cash handling duties.

Main Responsibilities

  • Supervise waterslide operations to ensure customer safety and enjoyment
  • Assist customers with information, instructions, and safety procedures
  • Undertake cash handling duties, including processing transactions, receipting, and EFT payments
  • Respond calmly and quickly to any incidents or emergencies and provide first aid if required
  • Keep the area clean, organised, and welcoming

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and great communication skills
  • Ability to stay alert and focused in a busy environment
  • Comfortable working outdoors and around water
  • Previous experience in customer service or lifeguarding is an advantage
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Working with Vulnerable People Registration (if aged over 16)
  • Able to supervise others and manage risks
  • Demonstrated ability to write simple event records
  • Commitment to undertake training and follow workplace procedures
  • Capable of responding quickly and effectively in emergency situations and administering first aid if necessary
