Job Title: Waterslide Attendant

Make a splash this summer as a key player in ensuring customer safety and enjoyment at our central coast water attraction.

Responsibilities:
  • Safeguard customers and supervise waterslide operations to guarantee an enjoyable experience.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and offering assistance with information and safety procedures.
  • Manage cash handling duties efficiently, including processing transactions, receipts, and EFT payments.
  • In the event of incidents or emergencies, respond promptly and provide first aid if necessary.
  • Maintain the area's cleanliness, organization, and welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements:
  • A positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • The ability to stay alert and focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort with working outdoors and around water.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles or lifeguarding is advantageous.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Working with Vulnerable People Registration (if over 16).
  • A demonstrated ability to supervise others and manage risks effectively.
  • Sufficient writing skills to document simple events.
  • A commitment to undertaking training and adhering to workplace procedures.
  • The ability to react swiftly and effectively in emergency situations and administer first aid when needed.
