Community Occupational Therapy Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality client care through the application of competent clinical skills in assessment, planning, and implementation of treatment plans.
- Deliver occupational therapy services to patients/participants within various healthcare programs.
- Support in-service education and quality improvement initiatives.
- Supervise junior professionals and students in occupational therapy.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine client needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal client outcomes.
- Experience working with clients living in the community.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Interest in working with older adults (65+ years).
This is a Grade 2 role providing exceptional client care through skilled clinical practice. The successful applicant will have experience working with clients living in the community and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
