The Role: Loan Kit Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of many by delivering innovative surgical supplies to the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Organise the picking, packing, checking, and dispatch of all Loan Kits in accordance with AS/NZ4187.
  • Liaise with customers to organise the return of Loan Kits.
  • Maintain and monitor stock levels in the loan and consignment warehouse.
  • Maintain warehouse stock in good order and condition.
  • Stock and records management.
  • Assist interstate Inventory Coordinators in coordinating movement of Loan Kits nationally.
  • Conduct cyclic stock takes in relevant locations as required.
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years dedicated experience in logistics.
  • Proficient in communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Participation in an rotating on-call roster.
  • Receiving, processing, and dispatch of loan sets and prosthesis.
  • Quality inspection of Reusable Medical Devices as per AS/NZ4187.
  • Participation in cyclic stock counts.
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn in an ever-changing environment.
  • Stock Control and stock management.
